RETURN Right of withdrawal

• When making a purchase in the Tasteforlong online store, you can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product. The right of refusal does not apply to legal entities.

• You have the right to try the product in question during the exercise of the right of withdrawal to make sure that it meets your needs and wishes. Remember! If you intend to use the right of withdrawal within the term of its use, you have the right to use the product as much as it is necessary to test the product (to the same extent as you could do before purchasing the product in a regular store), without visible signs of use.

• By using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product within the period of exercise of the right of refusal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the product

Consequences of refusal

• If you cancel the contract, we will refund to you the payments we received from you for the purchased product (shipping costs are not refunded)

• You must deliver the goods to the Tasteforlong store Libau Bike, Liepāja, Raina iela 35, LV-3401, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you received them or a third party other than the carrier and whom you you have specified as the recipient, has received possession of the goods. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back to Libau Bike store, Liepāja, Raina iela 35, LV-3401, before the 14-day deadline expires.

By sending the goods back to the store via courier, you agree to Tasteforlong's unilateral determination of the visual condition and packaging of the goods at the time of receiving the goods. • You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
• You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods if the goods are used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and performance of these goods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Cases in which the right of refusal cannot be exercised, in the cases specified in Clause 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014 "Regulations on distance contracts", including if:

• the price of the product depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, which the seller cannot control and which may occur during the right of withdrawal;
• the goods are made to the consumer's instructions or are clearly personalized;
• the product is perishable or soon to expire.
